Online Skills Coaching (OSC)
Coach Renner is available to coach athletes via the latest state-of-the art online video analysis technology through Online Skills Coaching at www.oscsports.com.
The process is simple, inexpensive and allows you to be coached by Coach Renner without the obstacles of time, distance and scheduling.
You simply establish an online skills coaching account, video tape your workout, and upload it to Coach Renner’s mailbox. He will then voice over and diagram on your video workout his coaching points and what you need to do to improve and email it back to you. He will also recommend the drills and training program you need to be doing for future improvement.
Online Skills Coaching Cost
An Online Skills Coaching account costs $89.99 for a year subscription.
*This allows you to use the OSC software to view the coaching video Coach Renner sends back to you.
Each video upload for a coaching session costs $99.99 per upload.
For those athletes who are doing the year round training with Coach Renner using his workout programs, it is recommended that you do a video coaching session once a month at the end of the month on the last Wednesday of the month.
If you prefer two sessions per month upload the video on the 2nd Wednesday of the month and the last Wednesday of the month. Two sessions per month is more than enough for evaluation.

Next, you will be directed to enter your credit card info and then you are ready to begin sending videos.
In-Person Training with Coach Renner
During the online skills coaching process, Coach Renner may recommend you see him in person if that is necessary. All Coach Renner’s individual training is done at the All-Star Sports Complex in Paisley, Florida. You can access their site at www.as-camps.com. It is a self-contained site that has lodging, cafeteria, video equipment and room, football fields, weight room, etc. for all our training needs.
Specific information regarding your individual training recommendations by Coach Renner will come directly from Coach Renner to you at the time it is necessary. Lodging and all meals will be done on site at the All-Star Sports facility.
You will be responsible for your own transportation to the facility. The airport to fly into is Orlando International (MCO). The All-Star Sports facility is a 60 minute ride north of the airport. The cost for individual instruction varies with the training requirement for the coaching hours and sessions Coach Renner deems appropriate for skill improvement.
